Purpose To carry out activities related to one of the four priority areas of the Medicaid Infrastructure Grant, School to Work Transition. Other priority areas include Stakeholder Education, Recruitment, Employment and Retention, and Transportation.

  2. Integration of assistive technology that can follow to work
  3. Understanding of benefits
  4. Opportunities for mentoring
  5. Ensure IL needs are met
